Why me?

As a psychotherapist and nutritional consultant, I am familiar with the emotional issues surrounding food, and have a scientific understanding of how good nutrition and lifestyle can support our daily health along with healing during times of illness.

What I Do?

I work to help people make healthy choices in terms of diet and lifestyle.  This includes managing stress, which is necessary for us to make lasting changes.

I am a licensed psychologist in New York State and hold an M.S. degree in holistic nutrition from Hawthorn University.  I also have a certificate in food therapy from the Natural Gourmet Institute, focusing on the healing properties of food.

I reside in New York City and have an office on the upper west side of Manhattan.  By appointment only. Contact me!
